#CBIAS2026 returns 23β24 November 2026:
Join the bioimage analysis community to discuss advances in quantitative imaging & computational methods for image analysis. Great opportunity for early-career analysts & microscopists to present and connect.

Organisers of the Crick BioImage Analysis Symposium 2025
Organising symposia is a whole lot less work and more fun when you've got an enthusiastic group of fellow organisers to help out.
But #CBIAS2025 was my 6th and I think it's now time to step back a little.
So from next year, @lankylaste.bsky.social will be taking the lead.
Roll on #CBIAS2026!
An immense thank you again to @cbias.bsky.social committee, sponsors and fellow imaging friends for this fantastic symposium!
It's is not the end but the beginning of tons of papers to read, colleagues to contact, new collaborations to form. And most importantly, it's a 'see you soon' #CBIAS2026 π¬π₯°
Itβs over too soon!
Heartfelt thanks to the organisers, speakers and attendees for a super cool two days!
See you in 2026 π

CELLestial can also be used to fine tune deep learning models to help them perform more accurately on new data that was not part of the training data set. #CBIAS2026
Improving performance, especially when zooming out previously resulted in lots of coffee breaks - too many coffee breaks for comfort. Massive time savings coming in new beta. Exciting times #CBIAS2026
