Arlington today seems input from potential users on what they want on the #CC2DCA bridge — the stuff on its 20ft width.

From that, Arlington will create a potential design, refine with its stakeholders, and unveil to the public in fall.

“Project Delivery” here is final design, not construction.

What’s new today is the bridge alignment at the airport, land controlled by MWAA.

The bridge will cross the planned new roadway, pass north of the existing Terminal 2 garage, and connect to terminal across from the NW corner of the existing northern WMATA station entrance. #CC2DCA #DCA

The the #CC2DCA bridge open house in Arlington this afternoon.

The county has a final alignment for the bridge that will connect Crystal City to #DCA: 960ft long, 20ft wide, with a max grade of 3.57% (it’s uphill from the airport to Crystal City).
