The closing panel of the UC Climate Action Initiative Agency Briefing and Grantee Convening on February 4 was moderated by CEO of the California Council on Science & Technology Dr. Julianne McCall and featured California policymaking leaders: Director of the California Governor's Office of Land Use and Climate Innovations Sam Assefa, Secretary of the California Environmental Protection Agency Yana Garcia, California Senator Ben Allen, and Executive Director of the University of California Natural Reserve System Dr. Steve Monfort.
