It takes 67 Senate votes to override a veto.
The 60 number *only* applies to ending filibusters.
Other supermajority stuff (conviction after impeachment, overriding a veto) needs a 2/3 majority, which is 67.
Ending filibusters also used to take 67 votes, but that was changed in 1975.

Yes, 50-49 is a majority vote.
50 is more than 49.
Sometimes a bill can pass with fewer than 50 votes if a senator misses a vote, or if a Senate seat is temporarily vacant.
All ties are broken by the vice president: 50-50, 49-49, etc.
