The Clinical Pharmacy Congress Awards recognise the individuals, teams and projects making a real difference in clinical pharmacy practice and patient care. From leadership and service development to innovation in practice, the CPC Awards celebrate work that is improving outcomes, advancing the profession, and shaping how pharmacy supports patients. The awards are open to pharmacy professionals and teams across all areas of practice, with categories including Unsung Hero, Clinical Leadership, Pharmacy Practice and Use of Technology. Special recognition for our 15th edition To mark 15 years of Clinical Pharmacy Congress, a one-off 15 Year Recognition Award will be presented in 2026, honouring individuals who have had a lasting impact on clinical pharmacy practice over the past 15 years.
