@governor.ca.gov should start #CaliforniaFirst & #DefundTheFeds campaigns, encouraging all CA residents to submit new W-4 IRS forms to their employers claiming 15 dependents. This would drastically reduce the amount of federal taxes streaming from CA to the IRS immediately, and it's perfectly legal.
