Youngest received her postal vote while we were visiting. She didn't change her address in time so they are Canberra ballots. She asked if they were real because the Senate ballot fits on an A4 sheet. She's used to a Senate paper that doesn't fit the ballot box #CanberraThings #AustraliaVotes

Youngest's car battery died so Mr Nes found an open shop & off they went to buy a new one. 5mins later they are back in the shop because his battery died in the car park. Her: batteries are supposed to last 5-8 years. Not if you live in Canberra - it's 3-5 years thanks to our winters #CanberraThings
