In a couple of hours, I'm trying my hand at making sugar free jam.
Initially, I was going to do two separate, blackberry and strawberry.
But I think I'm going to mix them together because I'm wary of monk fruit being able to offset blackberry tang 🤣 I'll let y'all know how it goes

While I'm here 2 things. On days like today it's convenient to have canned veggies meat on hand, a lil 🍅 sauce a few hands of pasta 🍝 & lunch. Altho for emergency I switch out for freshness
