Super proud to have done a #CanonG5XmarkII shot a day all July, despite health havoc and hospitalization! I don't think I posted every single one here, but here's a roundup of the last of them. Two hospital window views, a happy reunion with cats, and I loved the colors of the mint on that plate!

Tried some landscape shots for today's #CanonG5XmarkII photo, but with a sunny break in dark clouds over a dark forest I couldn't figure out the best settings for capturing the scene. So used to that being automatic - hence this pic a day thing to give me practice. Liked how this turned out though!
July 5 #CanonG5XmarkII: Rainy day drive.
One thing I've gotten really lazy about taking phone pics (one of many) is not just letting autofocus do the job for me. Choosing to focus on either the rainy landscape outside or raindrops on the window was really neat!

I got my first camera at 11 & I loved it. At 25 my first digital camera was my faithful companion. But at 34: first smartphone. So light! So always there! But I miss using a camera.
