Im at a stage were i can not stop thinking of work and how to improve my team drunk and sober. I think i #caretoomuch ? Having responsabilities does not stop at all.... what to do?

I've been overwhelmed by other people's problems lately but I just can't walk away, it's becoming a problem and is leading to my own meltdowns from too much stress.
