I'm not actually a fan of Charles V, but the king of #Spain & Holy Roman Emperor was the dominant figure of the first half of the 16th c. in Europe, so I was interested to see this plaque in Madrid eight years ago today (7.3.17) #España #CarlosQuinto #CharlesQuint
