A tuxedo cat is curled on my lap looking very pleased with himself, and on the floor next to my legs is a discarded dumbbell.

Finally managed to put down All Systems Red by @marthawells.com (which was very hard, I'm really enjoying it!) and got up for a morning workout, only to be thwarted again, this time by next door's cat.

PLUS I now can't reach my mug of chai.
