Xmas in Durness and was on #Ceannabienne Beach at approximately 2pm in the afternoon.
The shades of dark and light over the sea and headland are quite dramatic

Beautiful untouched beach on the north coast of Scotland. Very few tourists came to this area pre 2020. Now it is a health risk
This was in 2017 well before the hoards of big white vans descended on the Scottish Northern Coast followed by people that had no idea that setting fires in peat and Machair was not a good idea.
