It’s going to be a bad year for #CedarLeafMiner. Cyclical, so just ride it out, though it’s a good idea, if damage is bad, to compost over the root zones & possibly irrigate during drought to make the tree (or hedge) as healthy as possible so it can throw off the damage and resist the pest.
