So she got fired for trying to cover for a manager that was stealing alcohol.. and then that same manager told everyone they mutually knew to not give her a job?

I also stopped reading this book because my petty would NEVER. If I’m going down, you can get fucked.

I am roughly 25% into #CellarRat and she talk about her time working with Bobby Flay.

Dude had some banging ass burgers and a restaurant roughly 20 minutes from where I used to live. It was EXPONSIVE so the burger was a tiny little treat. Occasionally I think about them because I haven’t had

I’m like six books past Nocturne (which I didn’t even finish.)

Onto #CellarRat, about working in the NYC restaurant scene.

If serving weren’t so chaotic and shitty, I would do it as a part time job. My job already requires me to listen to people talk.. why not do it for the tipssss.
