The landing strip is visible left to right 3/4 of the way down, with a hint of some trees and bushes while beyond that a low cityscape without any detail, just like a silhouette but in blue, stretches across the width of the photo. The entire scene - sky, plane, boat, city, water, people is light blue, white with grey/ish black detail. The one exception is a flash of pinkish/white light coming from the landing strip, which is out in the middle of the water. Jeez! That was all kinda difficult to describe.
