Yesterday marked one week since my #ACDF surgery. I'm doing okay, overall. My voice is still not back to normal because they had to move my vocal cords around to get to my spine, but at least I still have one? This brace is uncomfortable and I loathe it. It makes it hard to sleep. #cervicalfusion

I just have a really long road ahead. It’s going to be hard but worth it in the end because that disc has to come off of my spinal cord and the one below it is collapsing so… #cervicalfusion
