After walking more than 2,300 miles from Fort Worth, Texas, Buddhist monks are expected to arrive in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday for the final leg of their historic Walk for Peace. The arrival marks Day 108 of the pilgrimage promoting peace, compassion, and unity.
