今日在家窩了一天，起來時接近中午了，拔拔草，澆澆花，聊聊天，曬曬太陽，整個人懶散懶散的，無意識間便到了晚上。忽地某種強烈的疲累感襲來，似乎連打坐的力氣都沒有了，這種自動出現的軀體反應，帶來的不僅是傷感，還有行動的無效。我在想，相比之前，現在已經有了好的轉變了，或許還需要多年的時間，還有漫長的旅程，但這一切不正在慢慢向好的方向轉變嗎？所以，自得其樂吧，這已經足矣。今日沒拍什麼照片，翻開前幾日朋友與兄長拍的相冊，發現真是有趣，嘻嘻笑笑的時光。明日便是蛇年第三日了，有種寓意是三三吉祥，提前祝有緣者三三吉祥🙏🏻 #禅道 #chaingmai #travel #thailand #rainbow
