-brought lavender goat cheese milk chocolate truffles made from aforementioned book (maybe too lavender-y for some, but I liked them!)
-met local blacksmith who gave everyone hand-forged cheese slicers (!!!)
-ate SO MANY TASTY CHEESE DISHES
