I don't agree. I think only the #ThucydidesTrap matters.

As the USA declared itself belligerent and reinforced #WolfowitzDoctrine, again, the imperative for all rational actors must be to hasten #AmericanDecline and facilitate #ChinasRise, and if necessary #endAmerica, starving it out utterly.
