„Highway to Hell“ von AC/DC ist einer der bekanntesten Rockklassiker aller Zeiten. Der Song erschien 1979 auf dem gleichnamigen Album und wurde durch seine eingängige Gitarrenriffs, die markante Stimme von Bon Scott und seine rebellische Energie zur Hymne einer Generation. Textlich spielt der Titel augenzwinkernd mit dem Image des Rock’n’Roll als riskanter Lebensstil – mit einem „Highway zur Hölle“ als Symbol für Freiheit, Unangepasstheit und musikalische Intensität.
