Woke up in the red...again... Mom guilt is high because kid wants to do all the things and I am dragging. Cefaly and Ubrevly and caffeine. Meeting with my Headache Spec NP at Neura Health this afternoon to discuss some care changes.

While we're talking #Cefaly, I'll share that when I use it, I start with the preventative cycle & then I do 2 continuous acute cycles, if I'm in the red.

Then wait an hour and then I can do 2 acute cycles again, repeat (acute) as needed.

Sometimes, when I use my #Cefaly, I crank it all the way to max for the last few minutes of the acute cycle.

I have to really manage the over-stimulation but once it's done my whole forehead is numb in such a lovely way.

Early morning drop off for the kid at theater, came home and did the lightest, light bit of cleaning and my pain flared from yellow, right into red. Popped a Ubrevly, gaba & Xanax and I'll put my Nerivio in the car for the drive,no time for Cefaly cycle. #ChronicIntractableMigraine

Ubrevly #2, Cefaly back on, Ruhewell minty mellow on my neck: fingers crossed I can hold out until dinnertime. Just running out to get feeders for the lizard and tarantula and pickup groceries set me back to worse than I woke up. Bodies really suck.
