Congressman Juan Ciscomani voted today for the SAVE ACT which will make it harder for women who have changed their names due to marriage to vote. It pretty much is a poll tax on women to acquire a passport, order an original birth certificate or a few other things. It's wrapped up in flags and patriotic symbols because why not. It's a law that "fixes" a non problem. It's INCREDIBLY important that you know local elected officials endorse Ciscomani and have not spoken out against this legislation, like our current mayor (whose empty house is currently on the market) and mayor pro tiem who is currently running for Mayor. Don't get me started on local folks who continue to support both of these individuals despite their continued support of extremists and caring more about photo ops than what's actually happening in the world. Also The Save Act is NOT Bipartisan, Ciscomani is a liar. Link in comments
