Question about ICE in Eugene, person says why hasn't the mayor spoken against it. She says "It's wrong, it shouldn't be happening, and there are numerous court cases that are happening." That is ... clearer than I expected. #CityClub #Eugene
I should note that Eugene lost its emergency room like two years ago, and now everyone has to go to Springfield, across the Willamette River, either to PeaceHealth's big but always full RiverBend hospital, or to the smaller and also always full McKenzie-Willamette Hospital. #Eugene #CityClub

Oh man memories. I was a punk back in the 80s-90s in downtown Detroit. We danced in this sometimes literal hole in the wall club called City Club. Someone drove a car through the wall once. They threw plastic over the hole and opened back up.
