My take on the running gag from the Looney Tunes short, "It's Hummer Time", but with the species reversed. Graphite Puppy is reading his book, minding his own business; he accidentally bumps into a muscular cat named Brutus. Brutus then proceeds to grab Graphite by the wrist and give him the "Happy Birthday" bit in retaliation.
