The napkin contains 8 lines of a longer poem, titled "Mistaken Identity" which is included below in the post description. Each line has almost the same number of characters and this makes the poem look like almost a perfect square. Also typed at the bottom of the poem is a hashtag for napkindiaries and the initials of the author, "--dbwii" The typeset and the filters have created an effect and texture which makes this look almost as if the words are carved in stone.
