Cellphone Photo: Highway markers next to an intersection in a small Missouri town. The one on the left points toward Highway "F." The one on the right points toward Highway "U." The "F" sign has a couple of bullet holes (I'd guess 9mm or .38). Behind the signs, a telephone pole splits the frame, and behind the telephone pole, on the right, is a redbrick building. The street runs towards the horizon on the left. The next block has sidewalk on the right. There's no litter and the only person in sight is way off. There are two red pick up trucks parked further down the street, one facing each way. The sky is an okay sort of blue with just a couple of whisps of clouds.
The town was settled early in the 19th century by German immigrants and was once known as a "hotbed" of abolitionist activity, god bless 'em.
The German Table restaurant (not shown) is the best German cuisine restaurant ever and you should try to eat there before the lady who makes their cheesecakes doesn't do that anymore.

Don't Take This Personally
It's just a coincidence, a couple of state or county roads with letter, rather than number, designations, intersecting in a #smallTown
