#CometZTF, #Aldebaran & #Mars —aligned above #Stonehenge like a cosmic riddle, while the Pirate Moon Cluster shimmered through the mist.

Stunning astrophotography of Comet ZTF (C/2022 E3), showcasing its vibrant green coma, white dust tail, and multiple blue ion tails against a backdrop of stars. The comet is visible as it approaches the Sun and Earth.

A stunning long-exposure astrophotograph reveals Comet C/2022 E3 (ZTF) positioned between the constellations Ursa Major (Big Dipper) and Ursa Minor (Little Dipper). The comet's faint ion tail stretches across the image, captured in late January. Even though it's now below naked-eye visibility, this image beautifully demonstrates its recent location relative to familiar constellations.

Grab your binoculars! This green-hued comet could be visible to the naked eye. ☄️🌌 #CometZTF is from the outer #SolarSystem & will soon make a close approach to Earth for the first time in 50,000 years. 🤩 Find out where to spy the cosmic visitor:...

Finally got a glimpse of #cometZTF this evening in the #darkskies of Argyll, but the banded #airglow stole the show. Look at that! 💚👀💚 #comet #space #stormhour #atmosphericoptics
