2 pieces of art I commissioned:
-a Cyndaquil amigurumi plush that I commissioned from WolladeCrochet on Reddit. When we were discussing options they asked if I wanted a small or a large and after I asked how big those were I decided to special order something twice the size of the large, so it could be 1:1 scale accurate. Then they asked if I wanted them to use extra soft yarn, and I’m like “… of course!?”, like obviously I want it to be extra soft
-a watercolor painting of my Cyndaquil/Deerling OC fusion by PrincePipper on Tumblr. It got lost in the mail for like a month, and then I couldn’t find a 6x6 froamw until checking 10+ different stores and it was only at the third Michael’s I checked, but it finally has a proper home. I’m so happy with it, I love watercolor art so much. The gentle colors are so soothing, it’s something I enjoy about the medium as a whole but also this piece in particular. This piece is definitely in the top 5 works that inspire my art, from the way I incorporated the highlights into my art style to the fact that most of the pinks I’ve used in the last 9 months have been colorpicked from it
I finally found a frame for my watercolor commission so I wanted to show off my Cyndaquil collection (Check alt text for artist credits and details) 💖 #Cyndaquil #CommisionedArt
