Day went slightly sideways, only got two people seen as spent time with a distressed family member and did a safeguarding referral. Clocked up 120 miles. Home now, delivered Rach to her dads, dog walk, then gym and will have to do some work tnite, I’m drowning 🤣 #communityOT #occupationaltherapy
