Fun fact: different brands react differently. This brand is more hygroscopic than I'm used to, so I had to add more milk than my recipe asks for to compensate. Next week will be over 1000 sandwiches and cookies made!

Tried my hand at making a gif. Just a small idea I wanted to test. This is the last Monday of the year for me. Hoping to make steps towards mutual aid and deeper community building next year. Also some "non- merch" merch.

Came across a person who is allergic to vinegar. I dress the lettuce with apple cider vinegar and olive oil. I found out they were ok with lemon juice, though. I suppose I shall switch it up moving forward.

Got caught up in the daily shenanigans, but here are the goods. Changed up the sandwich formula a bit: added tomatoes and sauce now has raspberry jam and cranberries for a hint of fruit and sweetness.
