Pinellas Park Council adopts outdoor-dog dining rule, approves Artistry PUD changes and annexation; consent agenda passes On Oct. 23, 2025, the Pinellas Park City Council unanimously approved an ordinance allowing dogs in designated outdoor dining areas, a PUD amendment for Artistry at Park Station, and an annexation and land-use map change for a Ninth Street parcel, and approved a broad consent agenda of city contracts and purchases.

Pinellas Park just made it official: dogs can now join you at outdoor dining spots, plus major changes to housing and land use are on the horizon!
