Since Ken is now able to do a superjump, we might have a safejump after a forward throw, not sure
I don't really know the numbers and trying it on training mode it seems consistent, gonna have to try it out on matches to be sure

If after the super you are in the corner close to the opponent, just whiff 6D, you are +34= safehop
If the opponent ends in the corner but you are too far, dash once and whiff 5A, you are +39= safejump, but it's kinda hard to do it imo
#COTW_Ken Air Rev Blow ender safejump
Pretty easy, just do EX Shoryuken, mash Rev Blow, then jump forwards once= you are +39
Jump again for a 5f safejump
#COTW_Ken Grounded Rev Blow safejump
Also works from the standard "crouch medium kick"> EX hadouken as long as you end it with this version of EX Jinrai
Just dash twice after the rev blow then hold rev + up forward for the safe hop
