They CAN waive fees, but are CHOOSING not to because there's $2Million #Missing & I have evidence of their #CourseOfConduct in defrauding / extorting other individual(s).
No. I've seen my daughter ONCE in 15 years. He destroyed her life, as well as mine.. and I later found out we weren't the "first." I'm sure we haven't been the last. #CourseOfConduct but DA excluded Exculpatory evidence, just like they're doing in the case against my #Doggos now.

Thank You so much! I've been talking w/ locals since this occurred. This appears to be a #CourseOfConduct w/the #City & #County Officials here. They are a small community which (according to local church members) "feed off" the tourists that pass through, extracting as much "revenue" as possible.
