But why then place it next to the word "over"? Why reinforce their belief that it's over? Why not just say #CovidIsAirborne?

All I'm saying is that negation is counterproductive. Of course we should keep repeating #CovidIsStillEverywhere, #AvoidCovid, #AvoidLongCovid, #CovidCausesBrainDamage etc
