Train from Exeter to London crammed at Crewkerne. Only 3 carriages. And someone’s been smoking in the toilet. Not a good start for traveller experience with the #NewTimetable #StandingTilSalisbury #CrapTrains

So the 20:52 train wasn’t delayed (as advertised), it has been cancelled & seems to have morphed into the 21:22 train from Reading to Basingstoke. The 20:21 & 20:52 trains both cancelled & I’m now going to miss my connection. Usual #CrapTrains & no explanation @gwr.com #PleaseDoBetter #Transport
