#crestedgeckos can literally die if handled for too long because our body temperature is too high for them to handle for more than ~5 minutes.

My goal is to keep prolonging the time til she tries to jump across the room, but never going so long that she overheats.

I want to discuss the evolution of my #crestedgeckos tank.
This was my first tank made from a shoe box. It was fine for a baby, but my main criticism is that it wasn’t cluttered enough. Also those pool noodles can kill your gecko if you don’t cut a slit through the whole piece. (Which I did!)
