#AlHassan's defence has withdrawn its Appeal against the #ICC's trial judgement, which found him guilty (June 2024) of torture, outrages upon personal dignity, persecution, as #warcrimes and #crimesagainst humanity.
He was sentenced to 10 years (minus 6 years already served) in November.
