EIS from December 2030, if
. rolling-stock is secured (same as Illisto)
. agreement is made with Eurostar as to use of spare capacity at depot.
Again, 7 years isn't a short timeframe.

The upside: I am going to be able to fill in a crucial gap in my #CrossChannelRail knowledge, add three more former tram border lines and one former heavy rail line to my #CrossBorderRail list, and visit an old friend I have not seen in ages. So there are upsides to this Interrail addiction 😄
