If a nightclub is overcrowded, it's unsafe

#Remember: On this date in 2003, the devastating fire at #TheStation in RI, claimed 100 lives. Massachusetts adopted many life-saving measures in response, including #Sprinkler and #CrowdManager requirements for nightclubs, but we still need to stay aware in clubs and elsewhere.
