Begs reasonable question how serious is serious if CPS are not proceeding AND the review was 10 years ago in 2016? This #BBC action stinks.

It isn't good. We don't yet know what is alleged BUT how bad can it have been if the #CrownProsecutionService #CPS ruled on Police gathered *evidence* that the case failed to meet their Criminal Charges Threshold?

It feels #Stalinist what's going on with a vested interest #BBC the employer leading.
