Trying to determine when #CtiminalPOTUS is lying is really easy if U take the #JudgeJudy approach when dealing with teenagers. U know they are lying when their lips are moving. Soon as that is accepted, U know where things stand. Add on that he is a full blown psychopath, and it ALL makes sense.
