The new Sunnyside Station crossing arms are amazing! They were originally going to remove these shelters because the crossing arms would fit... but someone realized it was okay if they stopped short of being perfectly upright. So glad they kept them!

It was a Saturday midday on the CTrain and what struck me was how many people were travelling between stations on the lines. I’d say half were not travelling to downtown, instead they were going to other destinations (Sunridge, Chinook, Peter Lougheed Hospital etc). 🤔
