The worst — and most sad/scary — thing I heard during #CuomoTownHall was when a mechanic from the audience spoke.
That man pointed out how the cost of living & running a business has shot up under Trump & his Congress…but all they had to do was say this was the plan & he’d just accept it.😬

When #CuomoTownHall finally did let people from the audience have a word, it was a good 20-30 after the phone-ins.
There thankfully was one black woman there who spoke to the realities of what is happening in the US right now, economically and socially…and that was about it.

Instead, they had Trump & RFK Jr. field mostly softball questions and that panel between 3 commercial breaks.

Meanwhile, #CuomoTownHall brought out just James Carville to represent the Democratic perspective on his panel while having Bill O’Reilly, Steve Bannon, a woman who used to be the chair of the RNC, and a former Republican governor.
Not exactly a balanced panel.

I only tuned into the #CuomoTownHall for a moment because my father asked me to join him, but it’s all total nonsense.
Trump even called in with claims about how the trade war he started was leading to trade deals with various countries that he immediately walked back as “potential deals.”

It’s absolutely laughable how #CuomoTownHall asks Republicans appearing tonight whether they’re in favor of taxing billionaires to make them pay their fair share - which @sanders.senate.gov has advocated doing for decades - and acting like the GOP would possibly lead that charge.
