Got outfit swapping working in #CupKick -- a lot easier than previously thought...idk why I had trouble w/ swapping item pieces in the past...I need to figure out an easy way to "layer" clothing better so it doesn't intersect so much...

#CupKick update. I'm liking the sort of soft "toy" look of it now. Experimented with the match in a "real" environment; it will need better layout tools.
Stage transitions will need some camera takeover nonsense or something too.

So, using SC6 as a guide, I sort of got guard impact working in #CupKick.
Tho it quickly made me realize I need VFX sooner rather than later, lol. But you can GI during block but not during hit.
Also have a simple system for training mode dummy to do various combos and whatnot, which is nice.

* Training mode actions -- more so I can more easily test things myself but important in general

Still no ring outs / stage transitions, a bigger feature, but I do have wall breaks working...not sure I love them yet and obviously will need some big reaction to telegraph a break, but it's something.

Early #CupKick #Screenshotsaturday -- got "dodging" starting, like high attack missing crouching opponents for example as well as a start to juggles.
I'm def. gonna need to setup some algorithm to config attack data, probably based on like start-up/active/recover, etc.

I got cloth sim stuff working again but eesch that was a pain...it wasn't working on my one character for some reason but works when I copied them from another scene and worked on the left-most fighter...so idk...i'm done for the day, lol

It's no VF, but in #CupKick, once you lose all 3 "armor" areas, you still have a final chance to comeback but almost any single hit will KO. Still need to play w/ the slowdown effect as well but it's gettin' there.

Instead of "KO" I was thinking of putting "Whipped!" on screen when someone is defeated for #CupKick.
