I agree but Batman only ever got on with Police Commissioner Gordaon. He had no time for rank & file Police. One has to accept Batman doesn't really care about Law & Order, but has inner darkness & narcissism that drives him. I suspect #CyclingMikey is same, but he caught lots of dangerous drivers
