Streetartwall. A huge mural in pop art style is sprayed/painted on a gray multi-storey building wall. A dark-haired young woman in a red racing suit is kissing a pale man with purple hair. He is wearing blue mechanic's clothing and leather gloves. He pulls her passionately against him while little white wings fly around them. Both also have these "angel wings" on their heads. A fantastic mural in the style of the old 50s comics. Info: D*Face (aka Dean Stockton) is a multidisciplinary British artist. His work is reminiscent of the style of Roy Lichtenstein and Andy Warhol. He creates irreverent murals, paintings and sculptures that criticize the modern world, particularly consumerism and the American dream. He mainly uses spray paint, stickers, posters, stencils and brushes. His works can also be recognized by the characteristic wings on the paintings.

Streetartwall. A new mural in the incomparable new pop art style of street artist D*Face has been sprayed/painted on the outside wall of an old building. It shows a young woman with green skin, a purple sixties hairstyle and a pink sweater, holding a dog in her arms and looking at it. Like all D*Face figures, this mural also has a morbid charm. The young woman has the typical little white wings in her hair (his trademark) and a red heart emblem with wings on her sweater. The "dog" is also more of a round thing with two slits for the eyes and round wings instead of ears. The background is a blue dotted area on a light blue background.

Streetart. An amusing art installation by a well-known urban artist (D*Face) has been placed on the outside wall of a long neo-baroque building (the Petit Palais Museum). It is so strange that you would think the photo had been manipulated using Photoshop. Two huge white wings have been placed on the right and left above the magnificent archway in the middle of the palace. However, they look like ears and are inflatable. There is also a huge pink tongue hanging over the entrance in the middle. Very unusual and funny. Info: The installation is for an art exhibition with urban art from June 12, to November 17, 2024.
