Usually first seasons of shows start out fairly easy to digest, then ramp it up in the second, third etc

#DGHDA starts on a knife's edge btwn some of the best comedy writing for TV full stop, and the ultimate creep Gordon Rimmer, with loads of screen time and chews the scenery gorgeously every time

God I just love Bart so much, this is the perfect woman

And I really love that they set up the holistic assassin with Ken of all people, the most nervous, born-too-old-for-this-shit character of at learn the first season
