She’s amazing. She’s doing fantastic.

I just made my own maple walnut cream cheese spread for my low carb bagels. It’s a challenge to constantly have to re-think cooking, but I’m doing it! The hardest part is just all the extra steps. Eventually it’ll be as natural as whipping things up with wheat flour. 🥯 #diaBEEtus

Adjusting to #diaBEEtus isn’t so bad (insurance companies aside). My numbers are going down every day. I can eat low carb brownies and ice cream now, and they’re pretty good! I’ll end up healthier for all this.
